ObraMano turns your Spanish voice notes (or typed text) into priced, professional English estimates that you review and send to your clients. You are our customer; the homeowner who receives your estimate never needs an account here.
The numbers are yours
The app proposes quantities and prices from what you say and from your price list, but you review and approve every estimate before sending it. Amounts can be incomplete or wrong; you are responsible for what you send and for the prices you charge. ObraMano does not guarantee you will win a job or that an estimate covers your costs.
Your account and acceptable use
You must be at least 13 years old. Protect your password, use truthful information, and send estimates only to people you are genuinely quoting work for. Do not try to access other accounts' data, overload the service, or use it for anything illegal or deceptive.
Your clients' payments
ObraMano never processes, holds, or takes a percentage of payments between you and your clients. How you collect on your jobs is between you and them.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions, when active, are processed by Stripe. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. If there is a free trial, a card is collected at the start and the subscription renews automatically at the published price when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. You can manage or cancel your plan from the billing portal.
Refunds
Cancel anytime; unless required by law, payments already charged for the current billing period are not refunded.
Availability
The service depends on hosting, processing, email, and payment providers. Some features may change, be delayed, or be unavailable while the product improves. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violations of these rules.
Liability
You use the service at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made with inaccurate estimates, for unavailable service, or for incorrectly captured data.
