ObraMano is a tool for contractors. Here is what we store and what we do with it, in plain language.
What we store about your account
Your email, a hashed version of your password (never the password itself), your name, your business name, your logo and timezone, your support messages, and Stripe billing identifiers. We also store your estimates, your price list, and the recordings or text you use to create them.
Your voice notes
To turn your voice into an estimate, the audio (or the text you type) is sent to a processing provider (OpenAI) that transcribes it and extracts the scope of work. We do not use your recordings for advertising and we never sell them. You approve every number before anything is sent.
Your clients' payments
We never process your clients' payments. What the homeowner pays you stays between you and them: we do not move that money, hold it, take a cut, or see their cards or accounts. “Mark as paid” is a note you keep, not a charge.
What the homeowner sees
When you send an estimate, your client sees an English page with your name, your business, the line items, and the total - only what you chose to send. The link is a long, secret address that only you and your client have.
Connected services
Stripe processes your ObraMano subscription (your clients' payments never touch us). Resend delivers account email: verification, password resets, and receipts. Our hosting provider processes the ordinary server logs needed to run and protect the service.
Cookies and security
We use one HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, plus security tokens that protect important actions. Keys and secrets live on the server, never in your browser.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics on public pages to measure visits. When active, Google receives limited usage data (such as your IP address and the pages you view). You can block it with your browser or an ad blocker.
Your control
From Settings you can download all your data or delete your account for good. Deleting the account scrubs your information and ends your sessions; we keep only the minimum that billing records, security, or the law require.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't sell your clients' data. We don't spam your clients. The service is not for children under 13.
